WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Shipping times kick in when your item(s) leave our distribution centre. Please allow for the production time noted on your order, which can vary from 3-10 business days before your order is shipped. You will receive a Tracking Number by email within 24 hours of your order being scanned out of our distribution centre.
HOW DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

DO YOU SHIP TO FEDEX DROP OFF LOCATIONS?
Yes. We can ship to any FedEx location, all you need to do is sign-up for a FedEx account and use your preferred FedEx pick-up address for the Shipping Address. Be sure to use a Billing Address that matches the I.D. you will use to pick-up your items.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL POSTAL CODES AND ZIP CODES?
No, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes in the U.S., your best bet is to use an address where someone is available to receive the parcel, or use a FedEx location that you can pick-up from.
DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?
Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.
